We are currently looking for a reliable and hands-on Production Assistant to join our team in a temporary position, with immediate start. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, thrives in a busy production environment, and is ready to contribute wherever needed.
About the Position 
As a Production Assistant, you will support various teams across production, assembly, and quality control. The role involves a wide range of tasks, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension depending on needs and performance.
Main Tasks
<ul><li>
Picking parts for production
</li><li>
Assisting assembly teams
</li><li>
Assisting the Quality Control team when needed
</li><li>
Packing, labelling and goods reception
</li><li>
Archiving
</li><li>
Participating in Quality and HSE activities
</li></ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>
Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian or English
</li><li>
Valid forklift and overhead crane certificates
</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
</li><li>
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
</li><li>
Punctual, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
