Aim of the role
REEN is looking for you who like to talk to customers, who like to solve challenges, and who like to take initiative. You will be working in a modern and global service and support center that builds heavily on a proactive approach to customer onboarding and follow-up, and to be the first line of incoming inquiries in all channels.

Responsibilities and tasks
<ul><li>
To have a strong understanding of REEN’s internal systems and to support the set-up of customer projects within HUB.
</li><li>
To understand the unique environments of the customer set up within HUB and the effects on the data, ROI and other efficiencies.
</li><li>
To update relevant documentation on changes, amendments, and updates in line with agreements made with stakeholders.
</li><li>
To carry out ROI calculations and contribute to a business case on projects and customer accounts.
</li><li>
To carry out sensor reconciliation within projects and customer accounts and support installations in the field where required.
</li><li>
To calculate operational efficiencies within projects and customer accounts.
</li><li>
To format reports as required by stakeholders and communicate results both internally and externally.
</li><li>
Carry out investigations related to data issues as requested internally or by the customer.
</li><li>
Update and maintain records in accordance with project or customer requested changes.
</li><li>
Create methodology documentation to support the processes as required by REEN and customers.
</li><li>
Support in increasing existing customer portfolio through upsells
</li><li>
Responsible for collecting feedback based on customer onboarding to inform product development.
</li><li>
Responsible for training employees on the onboarding process.

Skill and experience required
<ul><li>
1-5 years experience on customer onboarding and customer support is an advantage
</li><li>
Customer relationship management skill
</li><li>
CRM &amp; support tools expertise
</li><li>
Problem solving skill
</li><li>
Strong communication skill
</li><li>
Fluent in Norwegian and English. Swedish is a plus
</li><li>
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Nordic, the UK, and other EU countries.
