<ul><li>A passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests</li><li>Experience in preparing dishes in line with established procedures and profitability goals</li><li>Ability to pre-prepare ingredients daily and manage lunch and conference dinner services</li><li>Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards</li><li>Familiarity with our culinary concept and ability to adhere to it</li><li>Pride in maintaining a clean and fresh kitchen area, including storage spaces</li><li>Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with service staff, bar, kitchen, and other departments</li><li>Fluent in either Norwegian or English</li></ul>

<ul><li>Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with our culinary standards</li><li>Ensure daily mise en place and meal preparations for various services</li><li>Follow the hotel’s procedures for ingredient management and hygiene</li><li>Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas according to our cleaning plans</li><li>Contribute to a positive workplace environment and teamwork with colleagues</li><li>Work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends</li></ul>
