We are seeking a Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) to join our Projects &amp; Engineering (P&amp;E) Business Area Management Team and lead the HR function with vision, resilience, and innovation.
As the VP HR for Projects &amp; Engineering, you will be a trusted partner to the EVP P&amp;E and the broader management team. You will shape and implement the People Strategy aligned with the strategic direction of the P&amp;E business area, ensuring a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Be a strong and resilient support for the EVP P&amp;E and the management of P&amp;E</li><li>Develop and implement People Strategy as a part of the business area strategy</li><li>Develop and ensure processes for a cost-effective function in accordance with corporate policy and strategic action plans</li><li>Responsible for overseeing and ensuring effective manpower planning</li><li>Lead and support the global HR team in Business area and ensure delivery of the expected quality of HR services and management support</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within the area of responsibility</li><li>Ensure interaction with the unions in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, collective bargaining agreements and local agreements.</li><li>Drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR processes together with Global Business Service</li><li>Responsible for securing competence &amp; training management</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul><li>Strong educational background, bachelor or master's level</li><li>Extensive experience within HR</li><li>Minimum 5 years at management level</li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience from engineering or energy industry</li><li>International experience is an advantage</li><li>Strong understanding of competence requirements and qualifications</li><li>Excellent cooperation and communication skills</li><li>Extensive knowledge of employment legislation and strong experience from union cooperation</li></ul>
