As we prepare for further growth, the right candidate will actively participate in shaping their role and the future of the company. The responsibilities of this role are expected to expand.
You will report to the CEO, and the place of work will be Oslo.

Responsibilities
<li>Manage daily administration and office operations in collaboration with the CEO</li>

<li>Support successful execution of projects together with the project managers</li>

<li>Ensure accurate reporting and efficient financial processes in collaboration with our accountant(s)</li>

<li>Oversee budgeting and support strategic planning processes</li>

<li>Identify financial risks and propose mitigations</li>

<li>Support other corporate functions including Communications and HR.</li>

<li>Optimizing processes, finding efficiencies, and leveraging the best solutions and tech</li>
Qualifications
<li>Relevant higher education in finance, economics, administration or another related field.</li>

<li>Relevant work experience in finance, controlling, project controlling or similar.</li>

<li>Experience with project execution is an advantage.</li>

<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li>

<li>Dedication for the Team and to the company values and goals</li>
