Norwegian Electric Systems (NES) is a leader in delivering sustainable systems for the maritime industry. We specialise in integrated power, automation, and navigation systems for vessels, focusing on low- and zero-emission technologies. Our innovative solutions, including battery technology and advanced control systems, are designed to optimise vessel efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Building on our experience from pioneering electric propulsion systems in the early 2000s, NES delivered its first zero-emission ferry in 2017. Since then, we have deployed over 50 emission-reducing solutions. Now, we’re raising the bar again -- pushing the boundaries of digitalisation and autonomy to optimise energy management even further.
