That’s where you come in.We’re now looking for a Head of Compliance to join our leadership team and help us grow responsibly. This is a critical role for someone who understands how smart compliance can be a real enabler of trust, efficiency and growth. <h4>What will be your mission?</h4>You’ll be responsible for ensuring that No Isolation continues to meet legal, regulatory and ethical requirements across our markets and product lines. From information security and privacy to hardware certifications and grant reporting, you’ll lead our compliance efforts with both precision and purpose.Your key responsibilities will include:Compliance &amp; Certifications<ul><li>Lead regulatory compliance across privacy (GDPR), security, hardware, and sector-specific frameworks </li><li>Manage external certifications and audits (e.g. ISO 27001, CE certification, cybersecurity) </li><li>Take the lead on internal information security work, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and relevant data protection requirements</li></ul>Risk &amp; Internal Policy<ul><li>Maintain and improve company policies, governance structures, and risk frameworks</li><li>Act as our main point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors and external stakeholders</li><li>Support incident investigations and ensure proper documentation and follow-up</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Internal Support<ul><li>Provide accurate, accessible compliance documentation for internal and customer use</li><li>Deliver onboarding and training sessions that promote awareness and accountability across the company</li></ul>Soft Funding &amp; Grant Compliance<ul><li>Oversee national and EU grant processes, ensuring full compliance from application to reporting</li></ul> <h4>Who are we looking for?</h4>We are looking for someone with solid experience in compliance, ideally from a regulated or complex organisational setting. You combine strong regulatory insight with a pragmatic approach, ensuring that policies and processes are both compliant and operationally effective.
