Melbu Hotell is a traditional hotel with 58 rooms, a restaurant, one dining room, Mediatheque, conference room and an outdoor restaurant. You also find a Fitness center in the hotel building.
Our hotel is fortunate to be located in an area rich in high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. We celebrate this abundance by creating modern interpretations of traditional dishes, often infused with international influences.
Sustainability is a top priority for us, and we're working hard to achieve Eco-Lighthouse re-certification in the coming month.
