The department delivers upgrades and conversions across Offshore, Energy, LNG, Merchant, and Naval segments. You will report directly to the Vice President Integration. What you will be doing<ul><li>Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled senior engineers and technical leads.</li><li>Ensure successful execution of integrated projects across KM’s portfolio.</li><li>Set clear goals, prioritize effectively, and allocate resources.</li><li>Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.</li></ul>We think you should have<ul><li>Relevant engineering degree (college or university level).</li><li>Experience leading technical teams.</li><li>Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken). </li></ul>This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
