As manager of our R&amp;D team, you will contribute to the development of new and exciting products, by building and maintaining the best team of multi-disciplinary development engineers. You will be collaborating with the PosCom product management team, and managers for other similar product business units and common functions.The RnD team consists of 20-30 engineers with background in cybernetics, software, electronics and mechanical design.The product team specify requirements and design together with both the sales team and core designers to develop new solutions for our HiPAP and cNODE productsOur products are used in several demanding underwater operations within research and energy worldwide.
