<p>Familiarity with Norwegian/European kitchen safety standards (training provided if needed).</p>

<p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to seasonal demands.</p>

<p>Fluency in English; basic Norwegian is a plus but not required.</p>

<p>Oversee tandoor operations and ensure high-quality bread/grilled items.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and food costs while maintaining hygiene standards (HACCP).</p>

<p>Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and specials.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Train junior chefs and maintain consistency in food quality.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Ensure adherence to Norwegian food safety regulations.</p>
