We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can bridge creativity with analytics to help us reach and convert the right audiences, globally.

In the role as a Performance Marketing Manager, you won’t just manage campaigns---you’ll shape how we drive demand, grow our social media presence, and build meaningful engagement across the full customer journey. From campaign strategy to execution, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in how we communicate.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across digital channels to reach the right audience at the right time.</li><li>Lead demand generation initiatives that drive qualified leads and revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle.</li><li>Manage and grow our organic social media presence, creating content that engages and resonates with our target communities.</li><li>Together with the Marketing team,develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business goals---bringing in new customers and deepening engagement with existing ones.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and high-impact campaigns.</li><li>Own global one-to-many marketing and sales communications, ensuring message consistency and effectiveness across all channels.</li><li>Promote a growth mindset within the marketing team by continuously testing, learning, and optimizing our marketing efforts.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategies and contribute to product direction.</li></ul>
What we are looking for:
<ul><li>3--5 years of experience in performance marketing , inbound strategy , and digital campaign execution, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.</li><li>A track record of success in driving demand generation, optimizing funnels, and turning data into actionable insights.</li><li>Strong storytelling abilities---you know how to translate complex product features into compelling, customer-focused messaging.</li><li>Hands-on experience with organic social growth , and webinar execution.</li><li>Solid understanding of global SaaS marketsand the ability to segment and engage key customer groups effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working on large-scale, global marketing initiatives.</li><li>A growth-oriented mindset---adaptable, curious, and eager to learn, improve, and help others grow.</li></ul>
