<p>The Workshop Electrician is responsible to ensure that all processes and procedures related to workshop are handled, followed through and developed in line with Enhanced Drilling standard, and to ensure the safety of yourself, your team and all other Enhanced Drilling employees.</p>
<h4 class="navds-heading navds-heading--xsmall navds-typo--spacing">Area of responsebility</h4>
<li>Ensure that Workshop comply to company high HSEQ standards</li>

<li>Follow up on daily activities in Straume Workshop or in other regions as required</li>

<li>Follow up on all work associated with maintenance, repairs and mobilization/demobilization-acceptance within defined area</li>

<li>Manage the position most cost-effective way possible</li>

<li>Responsible to provide relevant test documentation to Mobilisation Teams</li>

<li>Ensure reported Synergies', with outcome actions related to workshop and EDR equipment, gets implemented.</li>

<li>Manage registration of equipment, maintenance, testing and other relevant information in Asset Management System, Fiix.</li>

<li>Responsible to adapt current and new procedures and work instructions to bring the Workshop and yard to a global standard.</li>

<li>Contribute for continuously improvement of the workshop department within all defined areas, including work environment</li>

<li>Responsible for following up/share knowledge and actively train new employees</li>

<li>Ability to work abroad if required at EDR global workshop’s</li>

<p>Min Certificate of apprenticeship as Electrician Gr.L</p>
</li><li>
<p>And/or Certificate of apprenticeship in Automation</p>
</li><li>
<p>High voltage certificate is a bonus</p>
</li></ul>
<h4 class="navds-heading navds-heading--xsmall navds-typo--spacing">Experience/skills</h4>
<ul><li>
<p>Mechanical/Electrical workshop experience</p>
</li><li>
<p>Experience and understanding of offshore operations and HSEQ requirements, subsea technology and offshore industry</p>

<p>Beneficial to have an interest in mechanical work</p>
