We’re seeking a dedicated HSEQ Superintendent to join Team Aurora in Kristiansand or Aberdeen, ensuring our operations uphold the highest safety and quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Support the company's HSEQ activities as directed by the HSEQ Manager.</li><li>Support the company's Marine activities as directed by the HSEQ Manager and Chief Operating Office</li><li>Manage and follow up forms and events</li><li>Responsible for obtaining and presenting analytical content to the company as directed by the HSEQ Manager and COO.</li><li>Participate in the Emergency Organization as described in the SMS.</li><li>Adhere to and provide feedback on the company’s policies, objectives, plans and procedures,</li><li>Adhere to requirements, both internal and external, of which the company’s performance is of relevance.</li><li>The company’s deputy dynamic positioning authority</li><li>The company’s navigation standard authority.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS
<ul><li>3-5 years of study at college / university</li><li>Minimum 10 years of total working experience</li><li>Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing</li><li>Relevant experience from shipping, oil &amp; gas or HSEQ department is preferable</li><li>Deck officer experience from OSV-Vessels is preferable.</li><li>Master Mariner's license is preferable.</li><li>DP certificate (NI and/or DNV) preferable.</li><li>Experience as officer onboard.</li></ul>
