Ace Well Technology was founded in 2012 with the mission of creating a tool which was easy to install and could reliably anchor tools to tubing with an extremely high holding force. This led us to develop the Ace Ratchet Collar, the first 90,000 lb+ rated stop collar on the market. The newest completion solution: the ACLC, reimagines one of the most critical elements of well completion -- the installation of control line clamps. With Ace’s revolutionary clamp technology and automated technology combined, the ACLC significantly reduces risk and improves operational efficiency.
Ace was acquired by Varel Energy Solutions January 2025, and is now part of a global downhole products company.
